Yes, an individual can make installments of upto 12 months from the first date of payment. However, under the Lesedi Club for Land (LCL) a client can make installments for upto 36 months. 

Our clients can start developing their plots once they make  a 50% deposit of the agreed price and clear the balance within 3, 6 or 12 months. Under Lesedi Club for Land (LCL), a client can make a minimum monthly deposit of 10,000/= and clear within 36 Months. 

We have introduced a 60-day-cash back guarantee where our clients can demand for a full refund if we do not deliver the title deed within 60 days from date of purchase. 

A client can make payments through the following methods:

  • Direct bank deposits.
  • Bank transfers.
  • MPESA.
  • Cheques [Current and bankers cheques]

We are in constant communication with our Diaspora Investors, guiding them on acquiring their property of choice. After a client identifies the property they are interested in from our available properties, we are able to guide them throughout  the legal process of land acquisition.

The client thereafter collects the title deed from our office or appoints a person to do it on his/her behalf but has to have an authorization letter that instructs us to issue the title deed.
